For the Chicago Auto Show, Chevrolet has developed the Silverado 1500 Midnight Special Edition to be unveiled giving us a look at a truly sinister looking truck that can come to the rescue of any of us who want to get out from behind our boring daily drivers. This amazing truck will be bathed in black and available on the double-cab and crew-cab models with its basing on the Z71 version of the Silverado.
This truck will include an off-road suspension, a locking rear differential, Hill Decent Control a towing package to give plenty of amazing performance to go along with the awesome good looks. Speaking of the looks, every bit of this truck will be finished in some version of black. The grill, bumper, headlamp bezels, tow hooks, fog lamps and all moldings are all body colored in the darkest of blacks that can be found.
The spray-in bedliner is also black and the wheels are even a full 18-ich alloy set of black painted monster movers to carry this beast of a truck along the road. This truck gains some very nice improvements to its functionality as well by adding rear parking assistance and heated, power adjustable outside rearview mirrors.
As it currently is built, the Midnight Special Edition comes in as a truck that will have its debut soon at the Chicago Auto Show and offers a pricing that is between $1,595 to $1,995 depending on the model that is chosen to add the Midnight SE styling and equipment to.
