At the top of the power platforms the first V8 is a 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged engine in the 550i and 550i GT. This engine offers up 445 horsepower and 480 lb.-ft. of torque which shows up with plenty of power and a fuel number of 16 city/24 hwy mpg on the AWD GT at the low end and 17 city/24 hwy mpg for the RWD model at the top end. Finally, on the M5 you get a 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 that is tuned to the massive 560 horsepower and 500 lb.-ft. of torque to give you the most power to fully enjoy.
